How do I add peers to my torrent?

Hello, it is my first time making a torrent and I couldn't manage to have a peer in my torrent and the torrent can't be downloaded because of this. How can I make this?

A peer is someone else running a bittorrent program trying to download that torrent.
YOU cannot add a peer besides your end (qBitTorrent downloading or seeding this torrent as the case may be).

I never tried, but right click in window above button 'Peers' will open a window with that possibility.

But with the stipulation that adding peer ip:port only helps if a peer exists at that moment and it is unfirewalled. (Most are firewalled due to routers, shared ip ISPs, proxy servers, VPNs, and software firewalls.)
If on a torrent, there was 1 peer and 1 seed and both are firewalled...they cannot connect to each other even if both has the other's ip:port info.
