What is Automatic Torrent Managment?

Are you asking about the Automatic Saving System?
Its detailed in that post, it basically uses the tags you set in your client to set the save location + sub folders for torrents you add.
Its a time-saver/automation feature, if you're a light torrent user you're fine to leave it on normal.
If you're talking about how qbittorrent doesnt let you set priority on seeding torrents and "automagically" manages them, cant help/dont know sorry. (part of libtorrent)

That toggles the Automatic Saving Management system on and off.
Refer to the link i posted before for "what" that does.

The action is unreversible/wont give you a prompt, if unsure dont click it.
