The main point is...
Most people want a stable client. They want to download, to seed, to handle their torrents.
I am sure you are one of these folks.
Releasing often could introduce breaking bugs.
But, if you don't care about that, you can compile your own qBittorrent!
It is very easy to do on Linux. (Not impossible on Windows either, just easier on Linux - for example on a recent Ubuntu version - in my opinion.)
