Adding torrents global settings and RSS

Hi!
If I've enabled "When adding a torrent->Display torrent content and some options" setting then does it apply to downloading torrents via RSS feeds aswell?
If so then is it somehow possible to configure it so that the dialog box is only showed when adding torrents manually?
