Have to clear cookies to log into webui

I've been having an issue for a long time where I cannot log into the webui without clearing cookies. I go to the webui, type in the username and password, and the page just seems to reload, no messages. I clear the cookies and it logs in just fine. I've had the issue on multiple computers. This happens with the Chrome browser. I don't recall but it might happen with others. My qbittorrent is installed in a docker, if that makes a difference. Anyone else had this issue? I cannot find any information on it.
