Automatic IP Filter updates?

Hi!
Is it possible to configure qBittorrent to automatically update its list of IP Filters? Like reload the file on disk at regular interval (then I schedule an automatic download)? Or automatically pick it up from a URL, rather than a local file?

I know it's not what you asked for, but I can recommand you to use
PeerBlock (Open Source) as it's updating the lists automatically and is working with all kinds of p2p software.

To this I would add, how do we know for sure if the filters are loaded and working?
