IPv6 payload encryption

I just want to ask about the IPv6 implementation in qbittorrent,

I got fibre internet and my ISP uses ipv6, also with in a few days of using other torrenting sotfware received notification of my "activities". Does qbitorrent or any other clients implement iPv6 Encapsulating Security Payload or IPsec, my understanding of them is limited, I realise that payload encryption is not the whole picture as ISPs can probably see both peer iP addresses and filenames on the tracker? but surely encypting packet data is a good start and combined with DHT and or private trackers it gives a better level of privacy?

I do have a paid for vpn service but I do forget to start it sometimes and its not the best solution for a p2p network.

No client offers proper encryption, it's just not implemented in BitTorrent, and never will be.
What can you do?

1) use SOCKS5 proxy.
2) use VPN.
3) rent a seedbox.
4) rent a dedicated machine.

The only encryption you find in settings is something else. It's not meant for this kind of protection.
By the way I read your last bit about VPNs, and that is why you need either 1), 3) or 4). I would go with 1). But if you need / want to seed a lot, 3) and 4).
