suggestion: new subforum here "compiling, building, installing qBittorrent"

Gather all the compile related questions in one place.
Also, move the not-really-a-bug questions from the bug tracker to this new sub-forum. Currently with 2100 open bugs, the bug tracker is effectively broken, so anything to bring the number of bugs back towards sanity would be great.
Also, add a note to the default text for new bugs in the (github issues list) to the effect of "if this is a question or a problem, but not a bug, please post in the forums. <link>"
