Multiple categories was something I specifically disliked about uTorrent. When I put something into a category, I want it to be removed from all other categories.
I have no objection to multiple categories being implemented, but it would need to be an option, and off by default to match the existing behaviour.

You can have multiple "tags" in v4.0.0.

Agreed 110% - I also hate new settings that default to a setting that changes current behaviour.
