My install is from this site http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/qbittorrent/index.php?title=Debian_/_Ubuntu.
The "sudo apt-get update/upgrade" is not work. The "sudo add-apt-repository ppa:hydr0g3n/ppa" command is not work too.
What should I do now? :o
Of course the above command are working at desktop version.

You have to wait, until the build is complete (see loki's answer).

You can install from source instead.

Getting all the -dev libraries, installing the build-deps, etc... not a pleasant trip.
Also, there is no "purge build-deps" as far as I know. And Debian is the most convenient in this way. On Fedora or Red Hat, I have to install the development libraries, but I never found a way to 'auto-clean' them. :/

I guess Vino is not really related to qBittorrent... :)
