What are the system requirements for qBittorrent?

Not much, probably any computer built in the last 10 years.
Of course faster processor, more RAM, and hard drive space you have the better.

I'm asking this because I have lots of computers older than 10 years, a few 486's and like ten pentium mmx's.
I have seen people using these computers for tasks like downloads.

Maybe 486 is not enough. First I used qB 0.9 in a p3 pc: 128 mb ram, 500 mhz cpu. with ubuntu 7.04.
I think a pc, what is enough for a server linux distro, is fit for qbittorrent-nox.

The headless 'nox' version would run on an MMX. Of course, you have to install a minimal Linux distribution, with fairly up-to-date Qt packages to have the latest version. (Qt weights some MB, so check if you have the correct amount of space on your CF/SD card/Pendrive/whatever you will use as a storage.) If you want a GUI version? Anything that can run a Qt GUI application.
