Downloading Section showing completed paused downloads

After updating to version 4.0, all the downloaded that I paused from seeding after the download has been completed are being shown on the Downloading section. Previously those would move to Completed/Inactive section not in the downloading section. The downloading section used to show the torrents which I'm currently downloading and the incomplete ones which I paused. But it also the completed paused ones. This is very annoying and disturbing. This should be fixed as soon as possible. Everything was fine before.
