What about find bar on RSS panel? and my other suggestions about RSS.

Some rss feeds has too many results, just need a find bar to filter out. (Pic 1)
Also, if I have too many filters in RSS downloader, I need a find bar on it. (Pic 2)
And on the green part of pic 3, when I select a filter, and then click the new filter button, if it creates a copy of the selected filter rather than a blank filter, so I can edit it much more quickly.
The last, the red part of pic 3, a 'select all / unselect' button or menu is very useful if I have many RSS feeds subscribed.
