[4.0.2] Torrent keeps rechecking after opening qBittorrent

I'm running the latest official update on Windows 10 Winter Update. I've had this issue before on update 4.0.0 but after updating to the latest one that issue had gone away. But until recently, that same issue came back with me adding a torrent to reseed and it is in a constant rechecking loop and I can't stop it. I've tried to restart qBit and have restarted my pc multiple times to no avail. Is anyone having this issue and or has found a fix for this?

In advanced: uncheck: recheck torrents on completion.
I put this in the buglist but it still isn't solved.

Disappeared with 4.1.0.
Problem is backwith 4.1.1. 
Windows 10 pro Dutch
