Download stops when the screen goes to sleep...

Hi ! Silly question, perhaps, but well...

On my PC, the settings are:
SCREEN OFF: 20 minutes
PC goes to sleep: 2 hours

...as my dowload connection is very slow, it often takes hours to download stuff, but I noticed that "qBittorrent" stops downloading after one of those two settings are active ! Do I have to change the settings to NEVER everytime I use the software ?

BTW, in the "Documentation" > "Explanation of Options in qBittorrent" > "Power Managment", it's written:

"This allows you to prevent the system from going into sleep mode when torrents are active. Useful if you do not want to change sleep settings for your system, but still don't want it to go into sleep mode when qBittorrent is up and running."

This is exactly what I need, but... where is this setting ?? I use the latest V.4.0.3 version !

I see the post is old, but an answer I was looking for also. In the ver. 4431 it is under

Options > Behavior > Power Management > Inhibit system sleep when torrents are downloading
