Qbittorrent https instead of http

Hello,
on my Raspberry I am using Qbittorrent nox that I manage though a Web UI.
As I connect to it not only from my LAN but also from the web, I would like to set up a https connection and this is my first experience with https connections.
To set it up, I need and key and a certificate according to the menu.
What shall I do to get these key and certificate?
Can anyone please help me?
