I love being able to skip creating a subfolder when downloading files manually but I do the majority of my downloading with the RSS Downloader.  Is there a way to configure it so that the RSS Downloader only downloads the file that I want without the folder that it's contained in?

Example:

The file is in a folder named MyShowFolder
The file is named MyShow.mkv
Complete torrent is for MyShowFolder\MyShow.mkv

I want the RSS Downloader to only download MyShow.mkv.  How do I do it?
