QNAP banned IP address

Hi
I've recently installed v3.3.16 onto my QNAP TS451+, initially it seemed to work as downloading happened and completed. I trhen got a message saying the qBittorrent wasn't responding so I refreashed the web-page and was asked to sign-in, tried what I thought was the sign-in/passwords but after a couple of tried I got the message:
'Your IP address has been banned after too many failed authentication attempts.'
Can anyone help resolve the above issue.
