Can someone explain this log entry (IP has been removed): "28/11/2011 20:27:54 - xx.xx.xx.xxx was blocked due to your IP filter"

What IP filter is this referring to because I've not set up any type of IP filters in qB or my router (except for its firewall). Thanks.

I've seen this a couple times too, I also don't have an IP filter setup in qB.
I thought it might be banning client IP's due to sending bad pieces but it would/should be a different message I think.
