Auto Move Upon download completion

Is this not already an option? It doesn't appear to be. I need this to work in conjunction with the watch folder.
I have the incomplete folder option set and a default download location set. But when downloads complete the program doesn't move the files to the default location it just leaves them in the temp folder.
Just some advice, you guys have a window of opportunity to steal a lot of utorrent users at the moment. But little things like this which should already be options in a software of this caliber need to be implemented in order to fully grab us. I will not use torrent client without this feature.
