Permanently Stalled or Errored

I feel like this problem was starting for me in 4.0.3 but didn't take full hold until 4.0.4.  And it didn't happen right away.  About 5 torrents (of hundreds) finished, though at a slower speed.  After those were done though all remaining, and all torrents added remain stalled.  If I have torrent queuing on then they just stay queued forever.  If I turn queuing off than they all start downloading, connect to peers, download for about 3 seconds and than stall.  If I force the downloads they will immediately error.  I have tried changing versions back.  I have tried a full uninstall (except removing torrents and cache).  But nothing is helping. I have used qbitttorrent for years and have never had this problem, so hopefully it gets fixed soon so I don't need to jump ship.  PS.  Though i normally use a VPN, this problem occurs whether connected to VPN or not.  Is there any temp way for fixing that anyone can think of. Or a way to do a complete uninstall without loosing my torrent list.

I have only just started using torrent again in the last 2 weeks, this is what i have learned so far:

1) no seeds, stuff wont download, so if it looks like this next to the file 0(2), it might not download at all with such low amount of people seeding

2) if errored, make sure your download directories are correct, my drives changed and i had the same problem with errored files, took me 2 minutes to figure out why, so i fixed my download drives and it works fine now

3) connection limits, options connections, i set mine to global max and maximum  number to 1000 each, MAN did that ever increase the download speeds on files that are well seeded, yesterday downloaded a 40gb file in less than 30 minutes i think it was.

its not qbitorrents fault, its going to be the users fault normally it seems, again when downloading a torrent, even if the website shows 300 people seeding it, it may not be true, the program will show how many are actually seeding but it wont show if those people have the limiter on or off, mine is off, so people could download faster from me, i guess, not sure, but i could turn it on for uploads and leave it at 1kb if i wanted
