My WAN IP and router IP (192.168.1.1) always shows up in the peer list. I tested it on 2 different Windows 10 PCs. Is this normal?

yes, me too. I would not worry about it.
imho, you are crazy if you download legally questionable material, or stuff you do not want your isp to have on record for a year or more for the cost of about £50 a year. Get a vpn,

I allways disable LSD and still I end up in my own peer-list..
Maybe PEX is to blame, I haven't tried it yet. though.
