Stuck on Downloading metada after client upgrade to version 4.1.0.99.1

Recently I've unistalled version 3.3.16 and installed 4.1.0.99.1 and all torrents have status "downloading metadata". Also at the beginning I had DHT status green and connected but still same torrent status "downloading metada" now I have "power cord icon" like in screenshot below and still downloading metadata status:



After I go back to version 3.3.16 everything works just fine at exact same settings.

I'm really confused and need a little help.

P.S. Necessary port is open and for example Transmission client works just fine even with the newest version so it must be something wrong with the new qBittorrent client...

Looks like some OTHER software on your computer is blocking qBitTorrent -- such as antivirus/antimalware that thinks qBitTorrent's update is actually a virus infection.

Mine is doing the same thing on version 4.1.2 but if i open another torrent program like deluge it will download and once it starts the same torrent in Qbittorrent will start to download but as soon as i close the other program its stops in Qbittorrent as well.
it has been allowed through my firewall and through router and was working up until i updated
