Port Forwarding & PIA Questions.

I can't seem to get PIA port forwarding working with qBittorrent.
These are the steps I'm following.
1) Connect to PIA
2) Note the 5 digit port number
3) Open qBittorrent and enter the PIA port forwarding number in "Port used for incoming connections" > Click Ok and Exit.
4) Restart qBittorrent.
5) Open (or reload) http://www.canyouseeme.org/, enter the port forward number and click on the "Check Port" button.
All I get is an error from CanYouSeeMe.
Note: In qBittorrent I unchecked "Use UPnP / NAT-PMP port forwarding from my router" over security reasons.
Note: I'm using Windows firewall - Are there settings in there that I need to adjust and if so, can someone give me a step > by > step > guide on what I need to do?
This problem is driving me bonkers. Would appreciate some help.
Thanks
