Is there a way to change download/upload settings based on tags/categories

I've been trying to find a way to change download/upload priority as well as up/down rate limits/seed time based on tags for my RSS fed auto downloads.
As far as i'm aware i either cant find it within qbittorrent or it's not supported. If anyone knows a program that has this capability/ knows where to find these options within qbitorrent please let me know.
