qbt 4.1.1. 64-bit for windows - 2 bugs found

Dear maker(s),


Please fix the following 2 issues:

1) The Download button in the search tabs does not work anymore (it did in previous versions)
probably because I switched windows mouse buttons function for I am using mouse left handed.

2) Please place info on already downloaded files that are still on hard drive in the downloaded directory, some where in the qbt installation folder.
Because now it it placed in the windows temporary folder.
And as I often clean my temporary folders, this qbt information is now always lost
