Qbittorrent is not handing out! No way! If using utorrent hour, two give-away and slowly traffic is going... In qbittorrent in GENERAL, the IMPACT IS NOT in any WAY! Everything is set by default!
Please help.

qBT has extremely buggy upload at times. Default settings may make this worse.
But we know nothing about what version of qBT you're running, whether the torrents are public/private, or whether your qBT is firewalled...all of which can make seeding (or downloading as the case may be) impossible.
