Does using categories on Windows, allow you to define save location?

I am baffled by the use of categories?
I'm using linux / freeBSD and the categories do NOT allow me to choose where the files save?
In order for me to force a custom save location per content for qbittorrent, I need to use the "blackhole" method.
I have 3 blackhole folders.
"blackhole/torrentmovies"
"blackhole/torrenttv"
"blackhole/regulartorrent"
Obviously, these 3 blackhole monitors configured in qbit, allow me to define where each blackhole saves such as "moviescompleted" "tvcomplete" etc
I would gladly use normal API injection method of torrents (which lets me choose category) but I can't define a save location?
It seems like if a torrent is imported into qbittorrent, AND it has a category, the category should allow the option for force a save location.
(I think utorrent did this? Same with Vuze Azureus)
Any thoughts on this?
