Problematic WebUI Password System Fix?

I'm running qBittorrent with HAProxy (SSL offload, internal ssl sucks) in a Ubuntu 16.04 machine. Starting from last month, I had reset the WebUI password 5+ times thus drive me crazy. I use LastPass help me to manage all passwords I have so there shouldn't have a single chance that it enter a wrong password. The password character set went from upper-lower-alpha-numeric-symbol to upper-lower-alpha-numeric with the length of 16. This shit shouldn't happening. What can I do to stop the loop of "Wrong Password" -> "Banned for too many failed login attempts" -> "login the machine and reset the password?" Is this my or qBT's problem?
