Why are "Enable DHT" and "Enable Local Peer Discovery" boxes greyed out?
Why are "Enable DHT" and "Enable Local Peer Discovery" boxes greyed out?
I would like to uncheck them.

And you should be able to. Not sure why they're greyed out.
With qBittorrent exited, either remove the qBittorrent.ini file (found in your user profile Application Data folder) to another location/folder, or simply rename it.
Launch qBittorrent. Are those 2 options still greyed out? If they're not, it's possible that the .ini file was corrupt.
Now configure qBittorrent to your liking (i.e. start over - a bit of a pain, I know).

They weren't at first after deleting the .ini, but now that I've set everything up again, they are.
edit: I've figured out that it's because I have this checked off.
Guess it makes those two options redundant.
