Why am I not seeding?

As the subject suggest I'm not seeding at all. I followed the guides in this https://qbforums.shiki.hu/index.php/topic,6158.0.html and this https://qbforums.shiki.hu/index.php/topic,6158.0.html thread, but nothing is happening. I've been letting my pc run the past weeks without those guides and now for over a week with those settings, but legit nothing is seeding. 0%. Very frustrating and I don't know why.
