Version update without losing files

Installed 4.1.3 version to the folder with 4.1.2, lost all the files.
Completed files are in the folder, but qBitTorrent shows blank window, no files.
Why?
I set same old folder for downloaded files in settings, but it doesn't help.
THIS should be stated in "what's new". That everything will be gone after update. Great...
How can I make new version see old files?
ESPECIALLY those files which were dowlnoading (not finished yet)?
