qBittorrent official forums

Hello, I recently moved my qb installation over to debian 9 ARM system.  I rebuilt the mount points the same as the x64 system with all the data the same and copied the BT_backup folder but all the torrents did not resume.  They were stuck at 0% and I was not able to recheck or resume.  I am using headless setup.  I read another post that talked about the fastresume files not working for someone else so I deleted them(leaving the .torrent files) but now I have no torrents.  I still have the original  .fastresume so I can restore them but then I am back to a bunch of non working torrents.  Any suggestions?

only thing log shows is

Couldn't load GeoIP database. Reason: No such file or directory

seems odd that would effect completed torrent but maybe?
