Doubt about ip(s) showed in Nodes tab

Hello 
As i can see, in the nodes tab of torrents i can see there is my public ip, and there is my gateway ip too.
Why this?

Disabling my rules and enabling only uPnP.
My doubt is, why this? Why port forward done manually act that strange way (showing me in the swarm)?
