New Default Save Path/Incomplete Path - Simple Verification Question.

Kind've a dumb question because I'm fairly certain I already know the answer, but want to be 100% on this.
If I were to add another HDD to my desktop, and change my qBittorrent "Default Save Path" / "Incomplete Path" to the new HDD, I assume this wouldn't have any detrimental impact on anything I'm currently seeding from my other HDD? It just means that whenever I add a new .torrent, it'll add to the new Save Path/Incomplete Path.
