How to prevent column widths auto-resizing when resizing main window?

In my qBittorrent I setup the columns to show and their widths according to my taste.
However when I resize the qbittorrent main window then the widths of all the columns are automatically resized as well.
I don't want this!
How can I prevent auto-resizing of column widths?
