I've got a box with feral running utorrent (separate question, should I move to qbitorrent).

I want to be able to rename the files so Plex doesn't have any issues in displaying the correct show. I've used filebot with Windows and see that I can use it on my server but how does it work with being able to continue seeding?

Any help would be great

Plex doesn't have any issues with handling scene/P2P names.
I never rename my shows and never had any issues that Plex couldn't find which show it was.
