qBittorrent official forums

Yesterday everything was going well with qBitTorrent v4.1.3.

My openSUSE Linux Leap 15 machine just updated to qBitTorrent v4.1.4.  Now, with no changes to any configuration from v4.1.3, qBitTorrent will no longer:

• Find any seeds
• Find any peers
• Collect any DHT nodes
• Start any downloading

I am connected to the Internet using openVPN on tun0.

Libraries reported by qBitTorrent v4.1.4 under Help > About:
Qt: 5.9.4
Libtorrent: 1.1.7.0
Boost: 1.66.0

Please help.

SOLVED 

The problem was not caused by upgrading qBittorrent.

The source of the problem was at my VPN provider.

I accessed the VPN through one of my VPN provider's other servers, and all works correctly now.

I never saw that happen before, particularly while all non-BitTorrent traffic was allowed through.  Live and learn.
