How To Stop Torrent Files Coming Up?

When a file is complete a torrent file regarding that file comes up.
How to stop that?

In qBitTorrent under Options, Advanced settings...
UNCHECK "Display notifications" and "Display notifications for added torrents" should make it quit causing distracting messages.
...Or am I misunderstand what you're talking about?

I've never seen or heard of this problem before, and I don't see any reason it should/could behave in that way.
Start > Run > %appdata%\uTorrent
Exit µTorrent and backup everything there. Now, delete it all and run µTorrent (you'll have to reconfigure everything). Try adding a torrent, then removing it
