Need help configuring for dual network adapters

So... I'm trying to use Qbit in conjunction with Radarr and Sonarr while having at least Qbit behind my VPN, the problem is that my VPN adapter does not answer on 127.0.0.1, so I've set them all up to talk using the machines IP.
It work just fine both with 127.0.0.1 and 192.168.X.X, but as soon as I launch Qbit behind my VPN communcation between the programs break down, so I'm really wondering if its possible to "lock" remote management to one adapter and have the rest of Qbit using another.
