Saying about Windows. When you compress your window (613x351 on screen) you see terrible mess of scrollbars and wasted space (wich looks normally in bigger resolutions):

So i made some redesign-concept:

Not sure that is can be realized as it was photoshopped, but you get my point. Also, toolbar on left edge is fixed on its position when user scroll the list with torrents.
