Had about 15 torrents between 10% and 100% opened laptop this morning and found they've all gone?

Files are there (but I don't know what are at what % complete)

All magnet links so no files I can reload to resume the torrents, is there a restore feature? And why does this happen?

Qbitorrent has prompted me to download the latest version (one behind currently) but this shouldn't be the cause right?

Could've been a crash of qBitTorrent before it saved its torrent data...or a crash bad enough to wipe out its torrents?

It could be av? I moved to Avira, as on some files MS av was too strict.

They are not .epub are they?
