qBittorrent official forums

Hello,
I just went from Deluge to qBittorrent, which is more familiar to me because of its similarity with uTorrent.
So I disable DHT and do I have to disable PEX too? and finding sources on the local network?
By unchecking the 3 is what I still continue to share on the tracker or I downloaded?
And if you have any advice to properly configure it I'm taking it;

I can't make sense of what you're trying to accomplish.
Are you trying to make your qBitTorrent impossible to connect to?
