[Tool/Source] Magnet URL to WebUI

Hello,
since I'm using qBittorrent on my server with the inbuilt WebUI it's always a bit of a hassle to add new torrents, especially when it's multiples (copy, switch tab, paste, switch tab and so on). I thought, why not make a tool which registers for the magnet URL and adds it via the WebUI.
So I did exactly that and made it open-source:
