Speed fluctuatations

Recently switched from utorrent to qbittorrent.But in qbittorrent the speed fluctuates too much.Is there any way to fix it

It's pretty buggy that way.
You could try with a 80-95% max upload speed limit set and uTP disabled...with no more than 100 total connections and 10 half-open connections and at least see if that helps.
