Seems to work fine but every torrent is shown as "stalled" for a few seconds when even a torrent with great seeds has been loaded.

I think this is normal. Your download can't start at max speed at the moment you add the torrent. It need some time to connect to peers.
About the new 2.9.3 release - no problems. Thanks again

I'm not saying it should be at max speed, and if this is normal it should stay "Active" instead of "Stalled" because clearly the downtime before connections are found isn't a stall.

I had a problem with this 2.9.3 version yesterday..
I was checking the status of two torrents that I was downloading, only to discover a strange problem:
None of the two torrents were downloading anymore (nor uploading), and their values had frozen.
The rest of the GUI didn't seem to be frozen, cuz everything were fully clickable..
Only the values had frozen (Status / Down Speed / Up Speed and such).
I couldn't get the torrents to resume, so I tried closing the program, but the exe kept running in the background and the process couldn't be terminated.
Only after a complete system reboot did qBittorrent function normally again, and my downloads could resume.
First problem I've had with qBittorrent in a long time.
(WinXP32/SP3)

Is this version have uTP? 60-70% connections uses uTP.
http://libtorrent.svn.sourceforge.net/v ... ent/trunk/ this version is right i think, i do not know which is different between aio and this but i presume trunk is general version.

No this build of qBittorrent does not support uTP because it is still based on libtorrent v0.15.x.
libtorrent v0.16 supports uTP but was not released as stable yet. It is not a good idea to make stable builds of qBittorrent based on unstable libtorrent.
As soon as libtorrent v0.16 gets release, qBittorrent will get uTP support.
