Add rss rules from command line.

I don't have a monitor hooked up to my qbittorrent machine. Any way of adding rss rules from the command line? Did a couple of searches but nothing turned up.
Maybe setting them up in the GUI version then copy the corresponding files?
(Just a thought!)
