Issue with Speed fluctuatations

Recently switched from utorrent to qbittorrent.But in qbittorrent the speed fluctuates too much.Is there any way to fix it

But qBitTorrent might run a little more smoothly if upload speed is limited to slightly less (5-25%) than your connection's sustainable upload rate.
