All torrents "STALLED"

Hello guys.
I need your help. No matter what I do I can't get it to work. All new downloads I added are stalled. I tried to Pause/Resume 1 by 1 and "All", tried restarting the client. Seeding seems to work though.
Checked the settings : 10 DL and 500 Uploads are allowed. I'm no pro so I've run out of options.
I will welcome any suggestions.
Thanks

I'm also experiencing the same problem.
Last I used this client was almost a year ago. I had this problem back then, but I solved it after some scratching of the 'ol lump between the shoulders.
At that time I had a different VPN client than I do today.

I think that might be the problem this time, since it has a kills witch and it might also have some trouble with windows API due to a fact that I haven't restarted this server of mine.
The reason for not restarting is that it has an most excellent uptime, and also I'm running VPC's on it.

Anyway, in response to bonefly here - Have you tried the settings for the adapter? Try changing the ports, and also go to Advanced settings and see if you can find your adapter there.
It might just work for you.

In my case I do get the green "plug" in the statusbar, but it refuses to update the trackers and DHT.
Funny thing though; Some torrents (Out of a ~130 pcs) do however work, but they're really slow and so it the seed/peer count. Might be some of these who're dead and all of that.
But a torrent with thousands of seeds/peers I get bupkis
But a torrent with thousands of seeds/peers I get bupkis
Sounds like the VPN has started blocking tracker updates and other parts of the BitTorrent protocol...but can't always catch the encrypted connections.

Check the tracker error messages.

As for the other posters, are you also using a VPN or proxy?

Warning: If you're using a VPN or proxy...
