Possible to Set Different Locations for Individual Files Within a Single Torrent

Hi,
I'm trying to migrate from uT to qBt, and I'm hoping I can keep my files the way I currently have them. Often, I'll download a torrent with a few files, only one of which I'm interested in, so I'll move file "Interesting File" out of the download folder and into a "Sorted" folder, and move the unwanted other files into the "Leftovers" folder, and I'll go into uT and use the relocate function to point to each individual file in the torrent to its new location. I have a bunch of different "Sorted" folders to in my file system, but only one "Leftovers" folder, and I've found this a useful way to download to 100%, so that I can seed 100%, while keeping a whole bunch of unwanted files from cluttering up my file system.
In qBt, it looks like there's a "Set Location" I can use, but it only works at the higher torrent level, so every file in the torrent gets moved to the same location, and I can't move individual files within the torrent to different locations. If there's any exception to this, it only seems to be that files might end up in subdirectories, but that's only according to the torrent's pre-determined structure. Is there something I'm missing so that I can move files to different locations after I've downloaded them, and then telling the client where each individual file is afterwards, or is that not possible?
